“Born in Bulgaria, Vesselina Pentcheva presented her first fashion show at the age of 16 in her hometown. In 1993 she moved to South Africa to study at the Gordon Flack Davidson Academy of Design, soon after which she started working for Marianne Fassler who inspired her unique sense of creativity and she soon became an assistant designer to her. 12 years ago she set up her own Design Studio where she began to make her mark as an influential designer of luxurious wedding dresses as well as creating modern, elegant and sophisticated eveningwear.

Her garments all have a phenomenal sense of detail from every aspect; fabric, design, color and texture. She is renowned for using unexpected combinations of sumptuous fabrics to create unique garments. Her style is passionately sensual, feminine and dramatic, she creates clothing for the modern woman who embraces her femininity and enjoys looking amatory.”
