Adama Ndiaye, the designer, who is the ultimate Afropolitan, dividing her time between Los Angeles (USA), Paris (France) and Dakar (Senegal), is the founder of Dakar fashion Week,Black Fashion Week & Les Trophées de la mode Africaine TMA. Presenting a well edited collection that is a perfect fit for the modern Ladybrille woman, Ndiaye explains her inspiration behind the collection.

“”Lady A” collection is a tribute to Jackie Kennedy and Michelle Obama,” explains the designer. “Two women, Two Destinies, Two eras, and one same timeless elegance. Senegalese woven turquoise with black motifs loincloth was used for this collection. All the outfits are lined with basin.”
