Bravo TV hits it big with twelve (12) nominations at the upcoming 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Project Runway Season 5 of which the ultra-brilliant Ladybrille’s Korto Momolu participated in, is up for two(2) of the (12) awards: “Outstanding Reality Competition Program” and “Outstanding Picture Editing for Reality Programming.” Korto Momolu was first runner up and we feel a major factor with her three in one potency (African, Canadian and plus size designer) that kept viewers glued to their televisions each week.
“Congratulations to Bravo for this outstanding achievement; because of their show, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to share my designs with the world. And to top it off, it’s a thrill to know that I’m a small part of television history with Bravo’s latest feat of 12 nominations,” exclaims Korto in a statement sent to us.
