Congratulations to Nigerian actress, model, designer, writer Esosa Edosomwan who emerged as the grand prize winner of the “inspired by color” Ford Fiesta casting call. Her win meant an all expense paid trip to L.A. for the recently completed BET Awards and a feature in the ford commercial. (click link to watch)

She features in “Brooklyn Shakara” (featuring Gbenga Akinnagbe, Ebbe Bassey, Chike Johnson), “The Exposure” (played Sarah opposite Nollywood star Ramsey Nuoah), “Beyond Pleasure” (played Natasha opposite Ramsey Nuoah, film also features Nollywood stars Uche Jumbo & Desmond Elliot) and “Seasons of a Woman.“”
Esosa also performed in the “Vagina Monologues on Broadway in February to support women in the Congo, the Safe House in Haiti, and the Nomi Network. . . and is the official ambassador for the Nomi Network, dedicated to leveraging the marketplace to eradicate sexual slavery. Nomi Network trains women who were former victims of sexual slavery to give them viable options to create a future outside sex trade, and then sells the products they create (mainly bags) which are all eco-friendly.”
