Nigerian Comedy Tour UK ft. Basketmouth, Nkem Owoh, I Go Die, Gordon & More!

Ladybrille Londoners, and all in the UK, more event choice offerings for you. On May 26th, 2011, Lebara Mobile will sponsor the Nigerian Comedy show taking place in 3 cities, with tour ending in London at the world famous Wembley Arena Monday 30th of May, 2011. Details below:

On Thursday 26th May 5:00pm-7:00pm prompt there will be a special presentation of all the A-List Comedians and act performing, the special event will also have in attendance captains of industry within the political, entertainment & media landscape. Hosted by the Nigerian High Commissioner His Excellency Amb. Dozie Nwanna, the event will also have in attendance all the comedians performing including: Basket Mouth, Nkem Owoh “Osuofia In London” and Gordon.

The Nigerian Comedy Show is the place to be in order to see quality talent- known and unknown. The show, which has launched the careers of many African comedians over the past few years is set to explode in London, Manchester and Aberdeen.

Headlining this UK Tour are award-winning actor and comedian Nkem (Osuofia) Owoh, Basket Mouth, Warri-born comedian Gordon, Komone Godwin; and Francis Agoda a.k.a. I Go Die, with appearances by Michael Jackson tribute act Michael Fayombo Junior and Senior who were a sensation on The X-Factor (2010), and YouTube crowd pleaser The Naija Boys whose comedic take of Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies’ went viral.

After three years of building the successful African Comedy Show (ACS) brand, the increasing demand from attendee’s, particularly those of Nigerian origin, emphasized the need to bring back The Nigerian Comedy Show with a new and exciting event strategy that has been developed to maintain the brands future success.
