“David West has two stores in Cape Town. Weekend Special in Woodstock is an irreverent space which changes each season to suit the new collection. In October 2010 he opened an exciting new joint retail venture with Johannesburg-based product design duo Dokter and Misses, in Long Street, Cape Town. Here they sell both clothing and furniture. His clothes for women and men are more about the mind than the body, and challenge notions of beauty in a playful and inventive way.
