Sierra-Leone born British Judge Dame Linda Dobbs, who is Britain’s first ethnic minority woman high court judge, shares her journey in the legal profession. It’s a journey that includes facing blatant discrimination and persevering in spite of.
“It was difficult to complain about things in those days. There were no procedures. None of that was recorded, so to try and prove that, you know, you were discriminated against was very difficult indeed…people don’t realize that it can be lonely,” said Dame Linda Dobbs.
