Online shopping is something many Nigerians abroad take for granted. For those within the country, it is simply inconceivable and to the degree it exists, is not very competent. Africaretail.com is one of the many emerging retail online destinations breaking this trend. With a tag, “bringing the world of shopping to your fingertips,” the online retail company is now open for business selling products ranging from electronic to fashion products.
A big issue for us is while the site is easily navigable and clutter free, there is no clear sign/tab that says ‘Shipping and Handling.’ You would have to know to click on the terms and condtion tab to find out the company’s shipping and delivery policy. Maybe once the site owners read our criticism, they can fix that.
