Born and raised in East London and Accra, Ghana, Julian Nicco-Annan pka Juls is influenced by the likes of J Dilla, Justblaze, Swizz Beatz, Don Jazzy, DJ Premier, and 9th Wonder, among many.
Juls began his foray as a producer in 2007, but officially launched his career in 2012. His first big production break was with Nigerian music band Show Dem Camp, producing their hit song ‘Feel Alright.’ He has since produced for other leading artists including Ghana’s Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and E.L.
Juls is the brain behind many hit singles by Mr. Eazi’ including ‘Bankulize,’ ‘Skin Tight,’ ‘Hollup,’ among others. His latest single is tiled ‘with you’ and he teams up with Maleek Berry and Stonebwoy for the fun track.
