Organizers of Sacramento Fashion Week (SACFW) have surprisingly and consistently staged shows in California’s capital with strong production quality comparable to shows in trendier fashion cities around the country. Therefore, we are happy to inform you that SACFW is now accepting submissions from designers for its 2017 shows. Designers, read the details and apply!

Sacramento Fashion Week (SACFW) is now accepting designer submissions for the 2017 Presentations of SACFW for February 2017.
Sacramento Fashion Week 2017 will take place the week of February 19th through the 25th. The events for 2017 will showcase the talent of some of Northern California’s top designers and industry professionals throughout different fashion events and showcases. The mission of SACFW is to provide a platform for designers, models, and artiest to showcase their work and to encourage the economic development of the region by promoting local business related to fashion, beauty and the arts.
Submission Requirements:
- Letter of Intent – The letter should describe the reason(s) you would like to participate.
- Biography – 250 word count bio about the brand, designer, and design aesthetic.
- Picture – Professional profile headshot.
- Sketches – Concept board representing inspiration for the collection intended to present.
- Press Kit – Media package for promotions which should include a resume of past events, a link
to your brand’s website, locations where your pieces are sold, professional photographs of past shows, links to promotional and showcase videos and magazine tear sheets and/or blog write ups.
All submissions are to be emailed stating the category in the email header (Spring Summer or Winter Fall) include a minimum of 4 sketched looks, and a digital picture of one look which may be from a previous collection.
