Today is world Jollof rice day, a celebration of a popular rice dish found mostly in West Africa and among nations like Nigeria, Ghana and Senegal. The dish is so popular there is a healthy rivalry among Ghanaians and Nigerians on who makes the best jollof.
We, however, call on Chinese-American brothers and comedians, the Fung Brothers, and their friends, to introduce the Nigerian Jollof to us, among other delicious cuisine.
