For Perfectual Linnan Labik, the creator behind Roots by Linnan, an Accra-based label, her latest collection ‘Zebra North’ was about evoking harmony, power and understated elegance through the use of black and white pattern of soft smock fabric. We believe she nailed it. We also love the social cause attached to the brand.
According to the designer, “ROOTS by Linnan is not just a clothing brand, it is a story, a culture, a lifestyle. Every piece is a story being told by its people… 50% of every purchase goes into the NORTHERN EDUCATION SUPPORT INITIATIVE fund, which seeks to help improve the face of quality education in the 3 northern regions of Ghana.”
