Considered one of Ghana’s leading contemporary design label, the Christie Brown label did not fail to live up to expectations in its Ready-to-Wear collection shown at the just concluded Ghana Fashion & Design Week 2012. Working primarily with tie-dye fabrics, whites and bright pinks, the label presented a collection that was well constructed, fun, flirty, sassy and classy.
“This year, we are inspired by Grace of Gracia Fabrics who has successfully built a 22 year old batik tie& dye making business, fusing the most contemporary of colors to make unique “irreplicable” prints,” explained the design house in a released statement to the press.
