On October 23rd, 2010, Liberia’s top model Tammie Garr launches ‘Royalty Fragrance’ a fragrance she says is the first luxury fragrance to be launched by an African. At the launch event, Garr announced Miss Liberia 2010/11 would be the face of the brand. The model also took to the runway strutting the design of top Liberian Designer Geneva Garr, Tammie’s sister, and showing off Royalty.
