BEFFTA Awards which stands for Black Entertainment, Film, Fashion and the Arts, is the first of its kind Awards show in the United Kingdom honoring the works of exceptional talent in the Black community, talents who would otherwise be ignored by mainstream award shows. Two of Nigeria’s designers are vying for the Best Male Designer position. Designers Adebayo Jones and Yemi Osunkoya. Below is a quick profile of Yemi . Osunkoya on BEFFTA nomination: I have been nominated for a BEFFTA Award in the Best Male designer category. BEFFTA stands for black Entertainment, Film, Fashion, Television and Arts.
