Winners: 2014 The Future Awards Africa

Bunmi Otegbade, Winner, TFAA Prize in Enterprise Support
Africa’s biggest youth event, The Future Awards Africa 2014 which held yesterday at the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel, was an unforgettable evening of inspiration.

The awards which were hosted by Iyanya, Osas Ighodaro, Ice Prince and Flavia saw 10 outstanding individuals rewarded for their excellent work across different fields: business, entertainment, politics, science and technology and education.

A star highlight of the evening was the final phase of TFAA’s #STOPEBOLA campaign, which was held via an auction on a custom piece by A-List haute couture designer, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi. Blogger, Linda Ikeji bid a whopping sum of 1Million Naira on the dress and the proceeds will go to the UN Ebola Response Fund.

The event was also graced by high-profile personalities in persons of President Goodluck Jonathan, represented by Honourable Minister for Youth Development, Boni Haruna, Governor Rotimi Amaechi, Dr, Oby Ezekwesili, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Banky W, Funke Akindele, Seyi Shay, to name a few.
