This is why I like this Fashola Administration, they are subtly doing what the entire nations needs to move forward, and that is the decentralization of power from the federal government in certain areas of our development, now they tackle water something the federal government (abuja) cannot say no to, but to do that, they need efficient power so they establish power generating plants, before you know it, they will be setting up a power grid for the entire state with excess to donate to the national grid. Fashola is a smart man. Hopefully they can get to the point where the police is state run so the officers become more vested in their duties…
