Music icon Sade Audu performed at the annual Black Ball charity event to raise funds for the Keep A Child Alive (KCA) Foundation, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan. Keep a Child Alive is an organization that provides with the help of the public first class AIDS care and support, care for orphans, food with a healthy dose of love and respect to the Mothers, Fathers, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Sons, Daughters, Husbands, Wives, Friends, Neighbors, and Lovers affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. The event was hosted by KCA co-founder Alicia Keys.
