Sacramento Fashion Week: Model Casting Calls to hold January 7th & 8th, 2017

Sacramento Fashion Week (SACFW) in collaboration with Arden Fair – one of the leading fashion destinations within the capital, as its Community Partner, will host two(2) open casting calls for runway models for SACFW 2017.

The Model Casting will take place from 11 AM – 2 PM in the Center Court, inside Arden Fair by the elevators on Saturday, January 7th and Sunday, January 8th, 2017. Interested models need only attend one of the open calls. All models will register in a first come, first serve order, for the opportunity to gain placement in the model line up for Designers Showcasing in SACFW.

SACFW is seeking male and female runway models for the 2017 designer showcases happening in February 2017. Male models need to be at least 5’10 and Female models need to be at least 5’7. All models must appear between 16-28 years of age. All models must be healthy, in good physical shape with no obvious scars, no tan lines, and no excessive tattoos or piercing.

Special Casting for Kidswear designers will be held on Sunday, January 8th, 2017 ONLY from 1PM to 2PM. In addition to runway models, SACFW will also be casting children between the ages of 4 – 7 years old for Kidswear designers that will be presenting on Thursday February 23rd 2017.

Sacramento Fashion Week will take place the week of February 19th through the 25th 2017. SACFW has become the largest fashion production in Northern California. The mission of the production is to provide a platform for designers, models, and artiest to showcase their work and to encourage the economic development of the region by promoting local business related to fashion, beauty, and the arts.
