Tanzania deisgner Mustafa Hassanali showed his collection at the Oxybleach India International Fashion Week this past week and here is a look at some of the pieces from the collection that graced the runway. Hassanali also talked to Indian press sharing with them the beauty about Africa,
“I don’t want people to look at Africa as a dark continent. We have a rich cultural heritage. Yes, we have poverty but don’t you have slums in India? You can’t have an economy without poor people. People in Africa have massive money. The amount they spend on marriage clothes or functions is huge,” well . . . .
