Leila Djansi “Ties That Bind” Trailer Now Out: Ebbey Bassey, Kimberly Elise, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, John Dumelo

Ghanaian Filmmaker Leila Djansi who is slowly but surely giving the African woman a strong voice in African cinema, releases the trailer of her newest film Ties that Bind. The film features some of Africa’s biggest names: Ladybrille’s Ebbe Bassey and Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, John Dumelo and Ama K. Abebrese. The film also stars American actress Kimberly Elise. Plot Outline: Adobea, Buki and Theresa are three women from different walks of life bound together by a similar pain; the loss of a child.
