Twenty-three year old designer Bisola Adeniyi launches her latest collection titled ‘The Classics’ for her Ladybiba line; and by all indications, it is a line for boss ladies only. Get to meet Adeniyi and check out the collection.
Bisola Adeniyi is a winning fashion entrepreneur. Her dive into the fashion industry was a result of a passion and drive for an indigenous and sustainable ready to wear brand. Bisola is not just a designer but is directly involved in the manufacturing, marketing and technological aspect of the business.
With a degree in Economics and several internships in the fashion media industry ranging from Fab magazine to Thisday style and Arise Magazine subsidiary Arise Daily for Arise Fashion Week and mentorship from Industry leaders, Bisola strives to grow a brand that is innovative and cutting edge in a developing economy yet catering to the basic needs of the quintessential Nigerian woman.
Bisola has been opportuned to participate in the Fashion Protege where she emerged first runner up and won a British council fashion business competition hosted within the show in which she emerged a winner. Following this, she has won the Fashion designer of the year award from Ebony Life.
Nothing holds a candle to Bisola’s relationship with Christ. She is a believer in the scripture especially the one that says in Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you” She believes the Proverbs 31 woman is the standard and she’s not going to settle for anything less.
