FIFA 2010 World Cup Final Draw: List of Teams, Red Carpet Pictures and Video

The battle lines are drawn as South Africa prepares to be the first African nation to host the FIFA World Cup in 2010. Towards that end, Soccer’s influential personalities from across the globe gathered in Capetown, South Africa in the first week of December for the FIFA 2010 World Cup Final Draw. Thirty-two teams were grouped in four at the final drawing. Some teams went home happy while others, well  . . .  not so happy.

“I’m not really happy with the group we’ve landed in,” said Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac, who is pitied alongside Germany, Australia and Serbia.  “It’s a very strong section. Germany is one of the best teams in Europe and of course the favourite to take first place.”

Check on the video clips, pictures and a complete listing of teams and play schedules.
