SATURDAY OCTOBER 8TH. 2011 – NIGERIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE.  11AM  – 7PM
OAN Presents the 51st Nigerian Independence Day Parade, New York during Passport to Nigeria. Join Nigerians, friends of Nigeria and lovers of a good time from all over the world as we celebrate  the celebrate the 51 years of Independence, Carnival style. Enjoy the food and apparel vendors as well as wonderful Live Music.

PARADE runs down 2nd Avenue from 54th to 44th street and ends at a STREET FESTIVAL

This Annual Sold out Independence Parade After-event was held at ROAM last year and reached capacity at 1:30AM. And this year promises to be no different! We have put together 2 Event Venues and spared no cost to make sure that it is a night of absolute Grandeur & Marvel.
