African music: ‘Do you love me’ by MoeLogo | #Ladybrillemusic

Mohammed Animashaun is the talented male vocalist known as MoeLogo. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, he moved to the United Kingdom in 2001. At the age of 14 he became a member of his school choir where he improved his vocals range and gained more knowledge about music. He gained notoriety during a performance in Gambia with Jamaican reggae artist Busy Signal, performing to a crowd of 60,000 people. Having treasured this inimitable experience, his passion for music grew effusively, permitting him to collaborate with some of the best Hip Hop artists in the UK such as Gunna Dee, Joe Grind and the super group Marvel Boys. MoeLogo’s time at the Starlight Music Academy has also allowed him to work with chart topping artist Chipmunk and Kano.

His break-through single “Pangolo” went viral, managing over 120,000 views on YouTube in just a month. He received rave reviews from leading blogs across the UK, Europe and Africa, garnering massive support from a number of radio stations including Choice FM, BBC 1xtra, Reprezent and BANG FM,  just to name a few.

He style sound is a fusion of Afrobeats, R & B and pop.
