Fashion Weeks

Clive Rundle – South Africa Fashion Week 2012 (Pictures) #SAFW #Africanfashion

“Clive Rundle, born in Zimbabwe went on to grow up in South Africa where he studied fashion in Johannesburg. He defines himself as a constructionist rather than a fashion designer because of the intricate structures as the essence of his designs. The inherent structuring of his patterns can be interpreted in many ways, frugal, avant-garde, classical, elaborate or contemporary. His language is the language of beauty through meticulous use of form, line, colour and texture.

C+C is the distillation of Clive Rundle and Christopher Malo. The intention is to incubate and develop talent, a vision which will come to it’s fruition in the launch of their ready to wear range this season. C+C is a label that is embodied locally yet thinks globally to bring raw talent to the South African marketplace via inspired partnerships. The inaugural partnership behind this collection is Clive & Chris.”
