Breach - African CinemaBREACH DRAMA is a tv/web series, which tells the lives of 4 females friends from the African & Caribbean Diaspora.

Written by Christine Rugurika & produced by Serena Nalty,’BREACH DRAMA’is a 30 minute weekly drama based on the lives and friendships of four friends who experiences will explore the everyday cultural and traditional family and relationship issues including loyalty, friendship, love, betrayal, politics and career choices. ‘BREACH’ gives viewers an insight into the varied lifestyles, traditions and moral dilemma’s experienced in today’s African and Caribbean cultures with a focus on presenting them in a positive light.

Aissa (played by Segilola Scott) is the ‘nice’ girl, fragile, who wouldn’t hurt anyone (or would she?),

Nina (played by Aysha Scott (by Marlene Abuah in future episodes), the strong woman who always tells things straight to your face (but will not admit when she’s in love),

Bijou (played by Yonah Odoom), wife to a successful businessman is submissive to her husband as she wants to live a comfortable life (but does comfortable means happy?)

and finally Nancy (played by Lonette Charles), the man eater, the friend you love to hate, selfish and devilish when she has to (will someone be able to discover her soft side?)
