Los Angeles based Nigerian fashion blogger, stylist and designer Folake Kuye Huntoon rocked a Jewel by Lisa floor length green printed gown to the 2013 Academy Awards, the Oscars.
The Oscars was held yesterday February 24th, 2013 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.
We liked the way Huntoon accessorized her gown and particularly like the contrast chosen with her selection of yellow shoes.
We hope to see more African designers collaborating with local African celebrity celebrities here in the USA to give their brands more traction and visibility in the US fashion markets.
