In July 2007, he and three other South African designers were invited to showcase their designs at the Paris Fashion Week, an experience rarely achieved by young designers. Since then, David has been invited to exhibit his creative talents at other international platforms, including a May 2008 invitation to showcase in Washington DC as part of the De Beers Shining Light Collection. One of his proudest moments was designing a showstopper for British supermodel, Jourdan Dunn, which was showcased at Virgin Mobile Cape Town Fashion Week.
Since its inception, the label has received numerous nods from fashion critics and it continues to make its mark as a brand that has a strong sense of style and individuality as its signature.”
