It is that time of the year when Africa becomes the center of attention, even more even forcefully in fashion, with the Arise Magazine Made in Africa Mercedes-Benz fashion showing. The strictly by invitation event will showcase designers Bunmi Koko, Ladybrille Woman of the Month July 2011 who made her exclusive USA debut here on Ladybrille, Lanre DaSilva-Ajayi, Jewel by Lisa, Asibelua, Tsemaye Binitie, Pierre- Antoine Vettorello and Klûk CGDT.
We have not received word yet but we presume Jan Malan, Ladybrille Man of the Month July 2011, will once again produce the show. As is consistent with any Arise event, it is indeed a big production. Accordingly, the Arise team have booked singer Leona Lewis to perform at the event to make sure the audience have a great time.
