Ghana’s Sandra Amoako is out with her first book, “Akwaaba: A Taste of Ghana” which she says offers a vibrant and fresh outlook on common, traditional and modern recipes from Ghana, West Africa. The book also includes, according to her, easy-to-follow recipes and helpful hints. For example, porridge, soups, baked goods, sweets and many more.
