Africa Fashion Day Berlin spring/summer 2016 will be back at PREMIUM INTERNATIONAL FASHION TRADE SHOW during Berlin Fashion Week and will also be hosting an AFDB Soirée in collaboration with Bolingo.
You are invited to join us at both the trade show and the exclusive Soirée on the 10th of July 2015. With beats, art and visuals, we’ll be showing the best of FASHION AFRICA NOW. A fusion of contemporary style, Afrobeats and African Fashion, producing something new and unique, but also not unfamiliar to the European audience. European and African influences flow together. The interaction of artistic elements appear unified.
Both events will showcase young designers from Ghana, Germany/Mozambique, Namibia and South Africa with Africa Fashion Day Berlin hosting an international business platform to not only showcase their work but also to network with the European fashion industry. Some of the designers being showcased include:
1. Studio 1981
2. Nomi by Naomi
3. MaXhosa by Laduma
4. Gloria Wavamunno
5. Alexandra Tamele
and more!
