We are down to the wire for the Face of Africa model competition (FOA). The competition responsible for West African Supermodel Oluchi Onweagba-Orlandi’s success. The Face of Africa finale will be broadcast live on Saturday February 6th, 2010 from the Eko Hotel Exhibition Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
The strictly by invitation only event will feature some of Africa’s top designers and of course only one girl will walk home with the crown. While we wait for this exciting event, watch the model hopeful FOA contestants get slammed by South Africa’s David Tlale as they prepared to walk in his show at Swahili Fashion Week. Tlale put the FEAR OF FASHION in these poor souls.
“Some have it, some I don’t know want made them think they would be models . . . Just remember you are selling my garments. So, it is not about you. No drama. I’m the drama.” Clearly David, you are the drama.
