Having already worked with some of the biggest and best names in music including Tinie Tempah, Lady Leshurr, Stylo G, Moelogoand Mista Silva, among others, award-winning UK-based producer and songwriter Delirious is stepping out from behind the boards with his first official Afrobeats single titled ‘Ring On It’ featuring fast-rising Ghanaian artist King Brown.
Serving as the lead single from his forthcoming album, ‘Ring On It’ sees Delirious providing an infectious and upbeat Afrobeats musical backdrop with Ghana bounce sensibilities, over which King Brown offers an impassioned, vibrant and uplifting vocal performance, as they come together to deliver an exciting and memorable Afrobeats offering, inspired by love and marriage.
The visuals for ‘Ring On It’ also see Delirious in the driver’s seat, as he co-directs with Johnny Kamara (Mista Silva, Luci Monet, Amel Ameen). Together, Delirious and Kamara deliver a captivating fantasy dance video, which features acclaimed dancers Shemonaand Samuel Yeboah, and takes inspiration from Michael Jackson’s classic ‘The Way You Make Me Feel’ music video.
Speaking about the inspiration behind his ‘Ring On It’ single, Delirious says, “The track is inspired by love. Many of my close friends and family are finding love and taking that next step of life long commitment through matrimony, and that inspired this record. This song embodies love and the purest feelings it gives while allowing us to dance in celebration”.
