There is a new web series in town and it is quite addictive! It’s called 5IVE, stars Nollywood’s Asa’ah Samuel, Ini Dima-Okojie, Baaj Adebule, KC Ejelonu and Udoka Oyeka, is produced and directed by OLA, and is the collaborative effort of Selhurst Media Communication, Anchor Digital Media and Fountain Pictures, and dedicated to Omo Akharume.
Written by Michael Osuji, media personality Tosyn Bucknor and Jovi Babs, the 13-episode web series explores powerful emotions of love, friendship, marriage, power, betrayal and much more. It tells a story of Kelvin Ebube (Asa’ah Samuel) who abandoned his true love and fiancee for a career pursuit in Liberia. Six years after what turned out to be a failed attempt in Liberia, he returned to Nigeria, his country of origin, to pick up the pieces. He finds love, has the support of his friends and things seem to be going fine until an encounter with his ex. What happens next and his choices become one complicated scenario after another.
