DAVIDO, BURNA BOY, MAI ATAFO, IK OSAKIODUWA, OTHERS JOIN FAYROUZ TO INTRODUCE A PLATFORM THAT CELEBRATES NIGERIAN FASHION & STYLE IN YOUTHS
Some of Nigeria’s most stylish men and women will gather at Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos on Wednesday December 18 to introduce the new Fayrouz platform heralding from the ‘Be Original’ campaign to celebrate and encourage the originality of Nigerian fashion and style at an exclusive event tagged “Party for The Originals”.
The hugely anticipated event is being hosted by natural premium non-alcoholic drink, Fayrouz from the stable of Nigerian Breweries and will have some of Nigeria’s biggest designers, artistes and fashionistas in attendance.
Sensational pop stars, Burna Boy and Davido will thrill guests to some of their latest hits like while DJ Sose will have the audience dancing all night as he spins some of the hottest contemporary numbers.
Guests and participants at the event will include top fashion figures like Mai Atafo, April By Kunbi, Kinabuti, Uti Nwachukwu, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, and many others.
‘Party for the Originals’ is the launch of a new platform where students can compete as an expressive group to create exceptional style exhibiting originality through various arts like fashion design, accessory making, make up& hairstyling, modeling, photography among other arts.
The prestigious event, which will be hosted by popular OAP and BBA host, IK Osakioduwa will also have Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Uti Nwachukwu as celebrity scouts who will move within the audience to select a number of fashionable guests to take part in the ‘most original ensemble’ of the night.
Top fashion designers Mai Atafo, Kinabuti, April By Kunbi, The Okunoren twins, and Gozel Green, will have their most original collections on the runway. Guests will be given the opportunity to bid for the stylish outfits in an auction, which will take place via Fayrouz tweeter account, @fayrouznigeria.
Other exciting activities to take place at Party for The Originals include, Fayrouz cocktails, lyrical dancing, fashion exhibitions and a host of other exciting activities.
