DA GRIN becomes the first Nigerian rapper to have a film. Although he is dead, the film honors his legacy and impact on Nigeria’s music industry and the hip-hop genre. Below is the trailer from the film produced by Ope Banwo and directed by Daniel Ademinokan. The film is expected to chronicle the true life story of the Life, struggles and career of DAGRIN who died following a fatal car accident last year. Movie features Trybson Dudukoko as DAGRIN. Gehhto Dreamz is scheduled for theatrical release in April, 2011.
