Nigerian Designers Take Center Stage at Face of Africa Finale + D'Banj FOA Drama

Lisa FolawiyoNigeria continues to position itself as the go to fashion destination in Africa. The much talked about Face of Africa model competition which produced the first West African Supermodel, Nigeria’s Oluchi Onweagba, heads to Nigeria for its finale. The strictly by invitation only finale will be held on Saturday February 6th, 2010 at the Eko Hotel Exhibition Centre in Lagos.

Nigeria’s top designers and their designs will take center stage on the bodies of the top 10 model contestants who will compete to be the next Face of Africa! Selected Nigerian designers include: Zizi Cardow, Frank Osodi, Odio Mimonet, Fati Asibelua/ MOMO, Folake Folarin-Coker/Tiffany Amber, Ituen Basi, Adebayo Jones, Lanre Da Silva-Ajayi, Lisa Folawiyo/Jewel by Lisa and Yemi Osunkoya.
